Minimum Requirements;-
Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking/Co-operative/Business Administration or related discipline
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Part II, Section 4
Demonstrable relevant hands on experience in Co-operative/Microfinance/Banking sector
Within the age bracket of 25-35 years old
Demonstrable hands on experience in computer knowledge in spreadsheets, MS office suite and computerized accounts
Excellent communication skills in English

Senior Internal Auditor Job in Kenya
Key Outputs
Conduct quality assurance audit reviews of the soundness/accuracy of accounting transactions, book-keeping, MIS records and report of findings.
Establish and maintain the organization's framework of internal controls, including coordination.
Appraise the adequacy of financial/operating financial controls, procedures and policies to achieve business objectives.
Develop systems, processes and controls that optimize the achievement of business goals and objectives.
Develop flowcharts for all operations and financial systems to achieve optimum efficiency.
Ascertain that all operational risks are adequately managed by conducting risk surveys and reporting on the same including RACE exercises.
Carry out forensic audits of ICT systems and institute control/compliance measures as necessary.
Role specifications
Possess an Accounting or finance degree
CPA(K) or ACCA
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
A member of the applicable professional body
5 years experience at Audit Senior or above.
Conversant with Key Financial Management and risk management systems such as, SAGE Pastel, V10, RACE, e-procurement, MRP etc.

Finance Assistant Job in Kenya
Job purpose:
To support the finance and accounting function, ensuring continuity and integrity of operations
The Kenya Institute of Supplies Management invites suitably qualified individuals to apply for the following positions
Core Functions
Preparation of cheque and cash payment vouchers, taking them for authority to pay and issuing out cheques;
Handling all daily payment transactions and keeping petty cash float;
Maintenance of capital (asset) items inventory;
Handling the payments of statutory and other payroll deductions and filing annual returns to the relevant government bodies;
Liaising with relevant departments to raise invoices and manage the accounts receivables
Assist in the handling all Insurance matters as relates to assets
Support Finance Officer in management as directed
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Minimum of a CPA – II;
Bachelor of Commerce degree will be an added advantage;
Minimum 1 year experience in similar position;
Ability to coordinate and work well with others, sharing workloads, and work independently;
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of internal and external customers in a professional manner.
