One Acre Fund Tupande Area Coordinator Jobs in Kenya;Seeking a strategic leader to act as the entrepreneurial architect of their territory, leading a team to scale retail impact and drive revenue through data‑driven execution in a rapidly growing, mission‑led organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work with manager to maximize business results in assigned territory.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a sales team.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales, repayment, and impact goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data to adjust strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments on promotions and campaigns.

  • Provide leadership and coaching to sales representatives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

  • Participate in target setting, forecasting, and budgeting.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
