Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA) Qualifications Framework Officer, Standards and Quality Assurance Jobs
Job Summary
Support the implementation of standards, quality assurance, advocacy and capacity-building initiatives aimed at strengthening the Kenya National Qualifications Framework (KNQF).
Promote stakeholder engagement, institutional collaboration and continuous improvement in the implementation of qualifications frameworks, standards and quality assurance systems.
Key Responsibilities
Implement advocacy and capacity-building strategies relating to qualifications and qualifications frameworks.
Conduct regular stakeholder engagement activities to support continuous improvement and implementation of the qualifications framework.
Implement capacity-building programmes for stakeholders involved in qualifications development and quality assurance.
Liaise with education and qualifications framework bodies to promote synergy, collaboration and operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain national and international collaborations that support the implementation and growth of the Kenya National Qualifications Framework (KNQF).
Organize annual meetings, conferences and stakeholder forums to discuss qualifications framework developments, standards and quality assurance matters.
Support the development and implementation of standards and quality assurance initiatives.
Prepare reports, recommendations and documentation relating to advocacy, stakeholder engagement and framework implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Economics, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Statistics, Social Sciences, Science or a
related field from a recognized institution.
Computer literacy and proficiency in standard office applications.
