Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, content, communications, branding, or related roles.

Strong storytelling and content creation skills.

Experience managing social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.

Ability to work closely with sales teams and understand field realities and customer needs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to execute tasks quickly and effectively.

Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Fluency in both English and Swahili.

Added Advantage

Experience in B2C (Business-to-Consumer) marketing.

Experience in agribusiness, rural marketing, renewable energy, climate-tech, clean cooking, or related sectors.

Experience working with field sales teams or community-based marketing campaigns.

Experience creating video content, customer testimonials, case studies, or impact stories.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A strong marketer who can translate customer experiences into compelling stories.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

Able to bridge marketing activities with sales objectives and business growth.

Passionate about reaching rural and mass-market customers through practical and effective campaigns.
