Accurex Leadership and Management Consultants Transport & Logistics Assistant Jobs in Kenya;Support coordination and movement of materials, finished products, equipment, and other goods between designated locations.

Assist with transport coordination, loading activities, documentation, and general logistics operations.

Purpose of the Role

  • Support smooth movement of materials and finished products

  • Assist with transport and logistics coordination

  • Support accurate documentation of movements

  • Ensure timely communication regarding deliveries and collections

  • Support safe and efficient logistics operations

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Transport Support

  • Coordinate movement of materials and finished products

  • Support loading and offloading activities

  • Assist with vehicle allocation and scheduling

  • Monitor movement of goods and report delays or issues

    Documentation & Records

  • Assist with transport documentation

  • Maintain records of goods dispatched and received

  • Verify delivery information

  • Report discrepancies to supervisor

    Coordination

  • Liaise with warehouse, dispatch, production, and transport teams

  • Communicate with drivers and relevant personnel

  • Assist with resolving routine logistics issues

    Safety & Compliance

  • Follow transport and workplace safety procedures

  • Ensure goods are handled safely

  • Report accidents, delays, damages, and incidents

  • Maintain organized logistics areas

    Qualifications

  • Minimum KCSE qualification or equivalent

  • Previous manufacturing or industrial experience an advantage

  • Technical or vocational training an advantage

  • Physically fit

  • Willingness to work shifts
