Job Summary
Supervise Food and Beverage operations in a luxury hospitality environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high service standards and efficient operational performance.
Lead front-of-house teams, oversee inventory management and support seamless coordination between service and kitchen operations in a remote lodge or camp setting.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Food and Beverage operations and ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
Deliver exceptional dining experiences and ensure guests receive attentive, personalized service.
Address guest concerns, feedback and service issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor beverage inventory levels, stock rotation and wastage controls.
Support inventory management processes and implement cost-control measures.
Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery and effective menu execution.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, health requirements and workplace safety procedures.
Lead, train, mentor and motivate Food and Beverage team members.
Monitor staff performance and support continuous service improvement initiatives.
Maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction standards at all times.
Assist management with reporting, inventory reviews and service quality monitoring.
Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of hospitality operations and luxury guest service standards.
Experience
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a Food and Beverage supervisory role.
Experience within a luxury hospitality establishment is required.
Experience working in a safari
lodge, tented camp or remote hospitality environment is highly preferred.
Proven experience managing hospitality teams and delivering high-end guest experiences.
