One Acre Fund Tupande Cashew Extension and Aggregation Supervisor Jobs in Kenya;We are seeking an experienced team leader with strong field expertise to supervise our Cashew Extension and Aggregation team in Lamu — a brand‑new region for Tupande — and help build our footprint from scratch.

Responsibilities

Supervise Extension & Aggregation Work

  • Work with a team of officers to achieve quality and quantity targets within buying centers

  • Facilitate training for your team to ensure compliance and quality standards

  • Carry out daily records reconciliation, update trackers, and prepare reports

  • Ensure strict adherence to controls, policies, and guidelines

    Innovation & Process Improvement

  • Identify ways to improve processes and farmer value proposition

  • Develop extension and aggregation service growth strategies with your manager

  • Participate in setting aggregation targets and strategies to achieve them

  • Collect and submit timely, accurate data to inform decisions

    Customer Experience

  • Run farmer engagement forums on quality improvement, agronomy, certification, and other trainings

  • Ensure top‑notch client service to every farmer served through buying centers and sites

  • Ensure proper and prompt resolution of grievances raised by clients

  • Perform
    any other duties assigned by your manager

    Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Community Development, or related field

  • Knowledge of the cashew value chain (grades, quality, seasonality) is appreciated

  • 2+ years’ work experience in an agricultural‑related field

  • Track record in planning field activities and troubleshooting issues

  • Ability to coordinate teams for harvesting and sourcing from smallholders

  • Passionate about serving smallholder farmers

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on ambitious field targets

  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite
