Job Overview

The P&C Training & Learning Delivery Specialist ensures employees and managers have the knowledge and skills required to successfully adopt People & Culture (P&C) transformation initiatives.

The role leads the end-to-end design and delivery of training programs for Workday enhancements, process improvements, and digital capability rollouts, working closely with Change Management Specialists, Business Analysts, and P&C teams to develop effective learning solutions.

Major Responsibilities

Training Design & Delivery

Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of training programs for Workday enhancements, process changes, and digital capability rollouts.

Conduct training needs assessments based on stakeholder impact assessments and rollout requirements.

Develop training materials including job aids, quick reference guides, process guides, facilitator guides, and e-learning content.

Establish reusable training templates, standards, and learning resources.

Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for P&C and non-P&C audiences across the organization.

Develop evaluation frameworks to assess training effectiveness and improve future learning interventions.

Establish and maintain a centralized training library to ensure learning materials remain current and accessible.

Partnership & Knowledge Management

Partner closely with the Change Management Specialist to ensure training design reflects stakeholder readiness and business needs.

Track training completion, participation, and effectiveness metrics.

Support organizational adoption reporting through training performance data.

Develop reusable toolkits, frameworks, and standards for future P&C transformation projects.

Conduct post-implementation reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future training initiatives.

Stay current on Workday learning approaches, learning technologies, and adult learning methodologies.

Job Requirements

Work Experience

3–5 years of experience in

training, learning and development, preferably supporting systems implementations or process change initiatives.

Experience developing training tools, templates, methodologies, or learning frameworks.

Working knowledge of Workday from an end-user, training, or support perspective is a strong advantage.

Instructional design certification or relevant instructional design experience is an advantage.

Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations is preferred.

Experience developing microlearning content and using learning technologies such as Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, Moodle, or similar platforms.

Demonstrated Skills and Competencies

Strong instructional design skills, including needs assessment, content development, and audience-focused learning design.

Ability to facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for diverse audiences.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to define training success metrics, interpret learning data, and recommend improvements.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Environment

Standard office environment with the opportunity to work remotely 2–3 days per week.

Open to candidates with the legal right to work in Kenya, Lebanon, or Colombia.
