Accurex Leadership and Management Consultants Factory Operation/General Production Support, Production & Operations Jobs in Kenya;Support continuous production activities across departments.

Ensure safe handling of materials and equipment.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the factory.

Assist skilled operators in achieving production targets.

Duties & Responsibilities

Production Support

  • Assist machine operators with setup and basic operations

  • Handle raw materials and semi‑finished products

  • Support quality checks and report defects

    Material Handling & Logistics

  • Move materials between production areas

  • Assist in loading and offloading tasks

  • Maintain records of material movement

    Safety & Housekeeping

  • Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear

  • Keep work areas clean and organized

  • Report hazards and unsafe practices

    Team Coordination

  • Work closely with supervisors and skilled operators

  • Support cross‑functional production activities

  • Assist in meeting daily production targets

    Qualifications

  • Certificate in Production/Operations or equivalent experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in factory or industrial operations

  • Knowledge of safety and basic machine handling an advantage

    Competencies

  • Basic machine operation support

  • Material handling

  • Safety compliance

  • Record keeping

  • Factory housekeeping

  • Physical stamina
