Stratostaff Direct Sales Representative - Meru Jobs in Kenya

Job Purpose

  • The Direct Sales Representative (DSR) will support a client in the banking industry by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, and driving sales growth.

  • The role requires strong sales, customer engagement, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in opening quality accounts for new customers.

  • Cross-sell the bank's digital products to both existing and new customers.

  • Deliver assigned targets for deposit mobilization and quality loan disbursement to individual and business customers.

  • Provide excellent customer service and actively engage clients on available banking products and services.

  • Implement customer retention strategies by educating customers on the bank's product portfolio and strengthening customer loyalty.

  • Gather customer feedback and communicate areas for improvement to supervisors.

  • Acquire new business and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or line manager.

    Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.

  • Demonstrable experience in sales.

  • Excellent
