Job Summary
Oversee the overall management, operations and performance of the shopping mall, ensuring efficient facility management, high tenant satisfaction, sustainable revenue growth and excellent customer experience.
Lead leasing, tenant management, financial performance, marketing initiatives and operational excellence to maximize occupancy and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily mall operations and ensure smooth functioning of all facilities and services.
Source prospective tenants, negotiate lease agreements and manage tenancy relationships.
Monitor rent collection, manage rental arrears and implement tenant retention strategies.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract shoppers and tenants.
Supervise security, cleaning, maintenance and other facility management service providers.
Manage operational budgets, control costs and monitor overall financial performance.
Handle customer complaints and resolve tenant issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and operational regulations.
Monitor occupancy levels and develop strategies to maintain optimal tenant mix and occupancy rates.
Prepare management reports and recommend initiatives to improve mall performance and profitability.
Coordinate
stakeholder engagements with tenants, customers, contractors and service providers.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Commerce or an equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of mall operations, leasing processes and facilities management.
Experience
Minimum seven (7) years of proven experience managing a shopping mall, commercial centre or similar property.
Demonstrated experience in tenant sourcing, lease negotiations, rent collection and tenant retention.
Experience managing commercial property operations, facilities and service providers.
