Job Summary
Drive sales growth and customer adoption of PESAPAP Digital Limited’s enterprise software solutions through business development, client engagement, product demonstrations, training and relationship management.
Support customer onboarding, product awareness initiatives and revenue generation while ensuring clients derive maximum value from digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for enterprise software and digital solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients across various industries.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and solution showcases for prospective customers.
Support marketing campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing product awareness and market penetration.
Conduct structured client training sessions on system functionality, features and operational processes.
Develop user manuals, training guides, presentations and product documentation.
Support customer onboarding and implementation activities during deployment of solutions.
Ensure clients fully understand system functionality and usage requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders.
Provide ongoing support, guidance and product usage assistance to clients.
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to support product enhancements and service improvements.
Track and report sales activities, customer engagements and training outcomes.
Maintain records of client training sessions, user adoption rates and engagement metrics.
Provide management with market intelligence, customer feedback and industry trend analysis.
Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales opportunities.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and support achievement of revenue targets.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field.
Professional certifications in Sales and Marketing are an added
advantage.
Digital Marketing certifications are desirable.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) certifications are an added advantage.
Training Facilitation or Instructional Design certifications are desirable.
Fintech or Digital Banking related training is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in sales, client engagement, training or business development roles.
Experience promoting or selling technology products, enterprise software or SaaS solutions is an added advantage.
Experience conducting client training sessions and product demonstrations.
Experience in fintech, banking technology or enterprise digital solutions environments is highly desirable.
