Accurex Leadership and Management Consultants Dispatch Support Assistant Jobs in Kenya;Responsible for supporting the preparation, handling, verification, and dispatch of finished products and other materials to customers, transporters, or designated destinations.

Supports accurate and timely dispatch operations.

Purpose of the Role

  • Support efficient dispatch operations

  • Ensure products are correctly prepared for dispatch

  • Assist with verification and documentation

  • Support timely loading and movement of dispatched goods

  • Minimize dispatch errors and product damage

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Dispatch Preparation

  • Prepare finished products for dispatch

  • Check products against dispatch instructions

  • Sort and organize goods according to destination

  • Ensure goods are ready for loading

    Loading & Documentation Support

  • Support loading of dispatched products

  • Check quantities and product condition

  • Prepare and handle dispatch documents

  • Report discrepancies to supervisor

    Coordination

  • Work with warehouse, loading, transport, and sales teams

  • Support communication regarding dispatch schedules

  • Ensure vehicles are loaded according to instructions

    Safety & Housekeeping

  • Follow all safety procedures

  • Wear required PPE

  • Maintain clean and organized dispatch areas

  • Report hazards and damaged products

    Qualifications

  • Minimum KCSE qualification or equivalent

  • Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing an advantage

  • Basic documentation and record‑keeping ability

  • Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment
