IFP actively seeks candidates from social groups and communities that lack systematic access to higher education. Is fully funded covering tuition, stipend, travel and insurance for the beneficiary. Eligibility includes residency or African citizenship.
A scholarship fund has been established at London School of Economics. The fund offers scholarships of a sufficient value to enable female students of 25 years and over who would not otherwise be able to do so to study at the Olive Stone Law School.
The purpose of the programme is to support a candidate(s) in the acquisition of a postgraduate degree at the Master's level. The annual number of awards and the extent thereof is subject to the availability of funds.
The Women's Trust identifies girls who are very bright but very poor and pay for their education in Ghana. There are about 12 different British Federation of Women Graduates Foundation Grants and scholarships. Most awards are open to any field of study. Typically, awards will range up to £3000. You are eligible to apply for a BFWG Scholarship or Award, regardless of nationality. There is no upper age limit.
The Master’s Program is designed for an international student. Financial assistance may be made available to master’s students and doctoral candidates. Students may apply for financial assistance at the same time as they apply for admission to a Graduate Degree Program.

Action For Nature presents the International Young Eco-Hero Awards to recognize the individual accomplishments of young people. Action For Nature will award cash prizes to young Eco-Heroes for their outstanding accomplishments in environmental advocacy, environmental health, research, or protection of the natural world.
The scholarship will be awarded once a year and is offered in association with AidConnect. The amount awarded will be equivalent to one semester’s tuition. Upon selection of a scholarship recipient, the winning essay will be published on the AidConnect website.

This trust gives grants to refugees undertaking postgraduate studies in the UK, primarily those who are doing a part time degree and not in the first year of study. Applicants must have good oral and written English, have some work experience, and would ideally be engaged in part time work to help fund themselves.
Bibliomondialis will offer grants to attend the IFLA 2008 Conference in Quebec. Grants will be offered to delegates from developing countries.

This is a call for proposals on how developing countries can access technologies and information contained in existing patents to enhance innovative research at the national level. Six grants of approximately $75,000 Canadian will be made. Funding is limited to developing country institutions.
The goal of Faculty for the Future is to support role models and facilitate gender balance in science and engineering faculties at key universities in emerging economies. Most of the Faculty for the Future grants focuses on those critical first two years which in most cases prove difficult for scholars to acquire funds.
The Nestlé Foundation, through the Nestle nutrition In Africa (NNIA), will accept applications for research funding. Funded projects are usually of one to three-year duration. Studies in other areas of human nutrition research may also be considered, as long as they are dealing with problems of malnutrition in low- and middle-income countries according to recent World Bank classifications.
The International Dissertation Research Fellowships program supports full-time graduate students. Fifty fellowships of approximately $20,000 each are awarded. Fellowships will provide support for nine to twelve months.

The Wellcome Trust's Four-year PhD Studentship Programmes are a flagship scheme aimed at supporting the most promising students to undertake in depth postgraduate training. The scheme provides a four-year stipend.

The Scottish Universities Physics Alliance (SUPA) is offering up to 8 fully funded PhD studentships for outstanding students from anywhere in the world. The prize studentships is normally open for applications from Oct, with a deadline for submission of 31 January each year.
