Qualifications:
Education: Advanced degree in political or social sciences, international studies, journalism, or in a technical (library sciences) field or other relevant field; or the equivalent combination of education in a related area.
Experience: Minimum of five postgraduate years of progressively responsible professional experience in disaster risk reduction or development, human rights, information management, journalism or other related area.
Language: Fluency in oral and written English is essential; knowledge of French is an advantage.
