If so, you may be interested in the World Bank Junior Professional Associates program.

The Junior Professional Associates (JPA) Program is a two-year employment opportunity with the World Bank for recent graduates with a superior academic record.

Through the Program, JPAs gain first-hand experience and knowledge of international development.

This experience can then be used as a “stepping stone” for careers outside the World Bank in academic, research and the public or private sector.

The eligibility requirements for the JPA Program are as follows:

28 years of age or younger

Completed Bachelors degree or higher

Fluency in English

Relevant work experience is useful

Working knowledge of an additional language relevant to the World Bank’s work is beneficial

Applications for the JPA are accepted throughout the year.
