Location: Nairobi, Kenya

The post is located in the Policy Analysis Branch, Monitoring and Research Division, UN-HABITAT at the Nairobi duty station.


  • Advanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in relevant fields.
  • Fluency in oral and written English.
  • Ability to apply UN rules, regulations, policies and guidelines in work situations.
  • A minimum of ten years of professional experience as a researcher/analyst working on a broad range of local, national and international human settlements issues.
