Essential Requirements:
-Through knowledge of working within Zimbabwean context and with Zimbabwean authorities
-Demonstrable skills in training staff and capacity building
-Experience of working in a participatory process with local stakeholders
-Minimum three ears overseas experience in management of construction projects in a development context
-Strong diplomacy skills
-Demonstrable experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation including planning tools such as LFA
-Excellent interpersonal, motivational and management skills
-Excellent analytical and writing skills
-Minimum education to degree level in an appropriate discipline, i.e., construction, civil engineering, etc with background in development work
Desirable
-Experience of negotiating contracts with private sector contractors
-Able to work with MS Project
-Knowledge of Shona
