PhD Student Positions in Analysis, University of Oulu, FinlandThe department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Oulu, Finland invites applications for Graduate Student positions in Analysis, starting September 1st, 2007 or thereafter, upon agreement.
Review of applications will begin August 31st.
The applicant should have a Master’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics or related field and should show an interest in pursuing research in Analysis, especially Function spaces and Nonlinear potential theory.

In the evaluation of the applications, special weight will be given to research potential, and, where appropriate, research achievements.
