Definition Of The Function:
General description of the post:
Participates in the design of a plan to support and to supervise the Primary Health Centre and the mobile clinics
Is responsible for drugs and medical supplies management
Participates in Gender Based Violence protection and family protection programs
Supports the preventative activities within the primary healthcare system
Implements the project plan in PHC and mobile clinics with the medical co-ordinator; the national medical doctor and, the national Medical Assistant
Is responsible for the collection and analysis of data from PHC and mobile clinic, participate with the medical coordinator to the analysis of those data's.
Resume the field activities to the medical coordinator and discuss about the field problems to increase the CAM efficiency.
Supervises and trains nurses, Community Health Workers, in collaboration with the Ministry Of Health, and CAM staff
Required Competencies
Good written and spoken English (essential), Arabic is a plus
Ability to live and work in an isolated area and in conditions of limited comfort
Ability to accept the possibility of insecurity in the project area and to accept the security rules
Previous overseas experience in humanitarian assistance programmes and basic computer skills (Word, Excel) are desirable
