Manager, Organization Development

WWF, the global conservation organization, is looking for a Manager, Organization Development to build strong Programme offices through organizational development initiatives.

The incumbent based in Nairobi, Kenya will perform organizational assessments and establish OD action plans; support offices in the development of long-term institutional development plans; take the lead in ensuring the action plans are followed up; actively promote coordination of OD efforts across the network.

The key requirements are

  • a university degree with a strong focus in business management in an appropriate discipline is desired, MBA will be a plus;
  • at least 8 years working experience in capacity building and organizational development work;
  • proven track record in organizational development results;
  • experience in working in a multi cultural setting;
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
  • result oriented;
  • facilitation and process planning skills;
  • good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • good analytical skills;
  • ability to work to deadlines, strong time management;
  • tact and diplomacy;
  • cultural sensitivity;
  • willingness to travel frequently;
  • fluent spoken and written English plus at least French;
  • a strong interest in and passion for conservation;
