Duties and Responsibilities
Testing and assessing candidates for selection by use of PAC instruments.
Advising management on matters pertaining to psychometrics.
Ensuring total security of PAC instruments and personal reports.
Ensuring ethical and professional conduct by all PAC staff.
Ensuring ethical use of psychometric materials by the Authority.
Ensuring total confidentiality of instruments and personal reports.
Ensuring controlled access to the PAC - space
Must have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology or Education.
Must have a Masters Degree in Psychology.
Must be a psychometric certified practitioner.
Must have over three (3) years active experience in the use of psychometrics in a large corporate.
Must show knowledge and evidence of using a range of psychometric instruments for a wide range of purposes.
Must demonstrate knowledge of Assessment Centres.
Ability to uphold confidentiality.
Have excellent writing and communication skills.
