Head of Psychometric and Assessment Centre

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Testing and assessing candidates for selection by use of PAC instruments.

  • Advising management on matters pertaining to psychometrics.

  • Ensuring total security of PAC instruments and personal reports.

  • Ensuring ethical and professional conduct by all PAC staff.

  • Ensuring ethical use of psychometric materials by the Authority.

  • Ensuring total confidentiality of instruments and personal reports.

  • Ensuring controlled access to the PAC - space

    Personnel Specifications:

  • Must have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology or Education.

  • Must have a Masters Degree in Psychology.

  • Must be a psychometric certified practitioner.

  • Must have over three (3) years active experience in the use of psychometrics in a large corporate.

  • Must show knowledge and evidence of using a range of psychometric instruments for a wide range of purposes.

  • Must demonstrate knowledge of Assessment Centres.

  • Strong personality.

  • Ability to uphold confidentiality.

  • Have excellent writing and communication skills.
