ANAS is a very young organisation with no highly-skilled staff. Your role will be to be to support the organisation in mainstreaming gender across all its activities.
You will be involved in promoting women-focused activities in the field (including credit schemes for women and income-generating activities) as well as training staff, and providing fundraising support for the organisation.
You should have;
a relevant academic background (rural development/arts & crafts/social science) together with knowledge and experience of gender and development issues, including income-generating activities, and be able to work without supervision, with limited means and in difficult circumstances, and good French.
