Director, Shared Services, Family Health International, NairobiThe Director, Shared Services, Family Health International, Nairobi, performs at a senior leadership level in the Africa Regional Office in the lead business management role responsible for direction of Shared Services functions of accounting and finance, contracts and grants management, human resources, information technology, general administration, and regulatory/quality assurance in support of operations and service objectives of the region.
Working under technical supervision of Headquarters Global Shared Services (GSS) management, provides technical coordination and support to the same functions in country and field offices within the operations region.
Qualifications BS/BA Degree in business management or related field, with a minimum of 9 years of relevant management and supervisory experience in highly relevant international organizations and duties.
Prefered, MBA or other relevant advanced degree with a minimum of 9 years of management and supervisory experience in highly relevant international organizations and duties.
