Country Director

Location: Maputo, Mozambique

The Country Director has overall responsibility for programmatic and administrative leadership of HAI's projects in Mozambique.

Position Requirements:

  • 5 - 7 years of national level organizational management experience in the developing world, preferably in Africa.
  • Five years experience in managing grants from major donors, such as US Federal Agencies, private foundations and Multilateral Agencies.
  • Excellent knowledge of public health systems, primary health care, and international health policy.
  • Ability to manage complex and rapidly changing funding and program environments.
