The assignment will be carried out over a period of fourteen (14)
days, with the two consultants sharing the days and tasks equally.
The consultants should be available between April and June.
Profile of the Consultants
The consultant team should have the following profile:
The team must have not less than 10 years' experience in
facilitating diverse stakeholder workshops
Both members of the team must have undergone certified
training in the facilitation of Future Search Conferences
Both members of the team must not have less than 5 years'
experience working in Southern Africa
The team must have experience in community-based
participatory planning processes
The team must have experience in using Future Search
methodology in interactive planning processes
Experience in conducting Future Search conferences in the
wildlife/protected areas sector in Southern Africa will be an added advantage.
