At least two years overseas experience at a senior management level;
Educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline
Strong demonstrable previous experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation - this will include use of planning tools such as logical framework analysis (LFA);
Awareness regarding staff safety and security requirements;
Excellent interpersonal, motivational and management skills;
Excellent analytical and writing skills;
Experience liaising with governmental / local authorities and other NGO’s.
