Area Health Manager, GOAL - SudanGOAL seeks applications from suitable person for the post of Area Health Manager.
Location: Sudan (Kurmuk County, Blue Nile State , South Sudan)

Requirements:
-At least three years previous overseas experience with an international agency in humanitarian/development programmes in a health related position.
-Qualification as a doctor/BScN with 3 years post qualification experience in country of origin and/or MSc in Public Health or equivalent would be advantageous.
-Excellent interpersonal, motivational and staff management skills.
-Genuine interest in capacity building and programme development
-Strong analytical skills including collection, analysis and interpretation of programme data.
-Experience in proposal and report writing.
-Experience in liaising with government officials, communities and other local partners, donors and other international agencies.
-HIV/AIDS programming experience would be an advantage.
-Emergency response experience would be an advantage.
-Proven ability to work as part of a team.
-Ability to self-start and work in remote locations.
Interviews will be held in Dublin, London or Nairobi.
