Required Competencies

  • Degree in Economics, Business Studies, Accounting or related subject
  • At least 3 year experience in financial and administrative management Knowledge of EC administrative and procurement procedures

  • Demonstrated ability to systematize and streamline organizational procedures
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, accounting software
  • Experience in supervising multi-cultural staff
  • Strong leadership, supervisory and people skills as well as experience with NGO procedures, approaches, and operations
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
