    Required Skills and Experience


    Advanced Degree in economics, public administration or development related studies.


    At least 7 years of experience in the field of development cooperation, finance or public administration at national or international level.

    Proved experience in aid coordination and management.

    Experience with project design, management and oversight.

    Prior experience with UN/UNDP agencies or other international organizations, and relevant experience in developing countries will be an asset.

    Language Requirements:

    French and English required with at a minimum excellent command of one of the two and working knowledge of the other.
