The Clinton Foundation HIV/AIDS Initiative (CHAI) is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong quantitative skills, supply chain management experience and strong communications skills to fill the position of Procurement Analyst within its Malawi Country Team.


  • Experience with management consulting, banking/finance, or other relevant private sector experience
  • Strong problem solving skills and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communications skills; both written and oral
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be effective in high-pressure situations and function independently
  • Ability to absorb and synthesize a broad range of information
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities, and work independently
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the country as needed
  • High level of proficiency in relevant computer applications particularly Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Strong dedication to improving the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS in Malawi.


  • Proficieny in Chichewa
  • Experience in working with HIV/AIDS programs
  • Experience in working with Government, bilateral and multi-lateral organizations

  • Experience living and working in developing countries


    Minimum requirement: undergraduate university degree and 2 years of work experience.

    A graduate degree will be an added advantage.
