Gender Based Violence Program Manager

Location: Tanzania.

International Rescue Committee (IRC) is currently recruiting a Gender Based Violence Program Manager to improve the protection of women and girls in the Tanzania refugee camps through supporting measures.


  • Graduate degree (MA) or equivalent in social work (MSW), humanities or other related degree or equivalent programming experience.
  • 2-3 years program management experience, including at least 2 years implementing GBV programs in an emergency and/or post-conflict environment.
  • Fluency in English; ability to communicate in Swahili, French or Kirundi a plus.
  • Experience working in difficult locations; ability to be resourceful and flexible in a limited resource environment.
