Work Experience At least seven years experience in applying theoretical knowledge in planning, finance, auditing, evaluation and administration of environmental or development projects.
Experience in quantitative and qualitative methods in project development, appraisal and evaluation.
Demonstrated knowledge of data collection and methods of data analysis.
Languages: English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat.
For the post advertised, fluency in oral and written English is required.
Knowledge of other official UN languages is desirable.
Other Skills: Must have extensive experience in evaluation, project management, monitoring and auditing.
