Location: Maputo, Mozambique
The Country Director has overall responsibility for programmatic and administrative leadership of HAI's projects in Mozambique.
5 - 7 years of national level organizational management experience in the developing world, preferably in Africa.
Five years experience in managing grants from major donors, such as US Federal Agencies, private foundations and Multilateral Agencies.
Excellent knowledge of public health systems, primary health care, and international health policy.
Ability to manage complex and rapidly changing funding and program environments.
