Technical Assistance to the National Authorizing Officer -
Infrastructure

The assignment will commence on about 16th April.
The exercise calls for the following qualification s and expertise:
A university degree in Civil Engineering and membership of
a recognised professional institution.
Not less than 10 years of work experience in road
infrastructure development programmes, including practical
experience in road construction and/or supervision, project
administration and financial management of infrastructure programmes.
Practical experience in institutional and policy
development and capacity building in the transport sector will be
advantageous.
Practical experience of EDF regulations and conditions of
contract as applied to works, supplies and services on large
infrastructure programmes would be a significant asset, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa.
