See How You Can Know Your KCPE Results Instantly

To access the KCPE Examination results, send the candidate’s index number through a short message service (sms) text to 22252 immediately after the release by the Cabinet Secretary.

Upon receipt of the Examination results, thoroughly scrutinize the results for correctness and ensure accuracy of, the names, index number, and gender; school name and code; and individual subjects.

Any discrepancy noted on the Examination results should be communicated to KNEC as a query within one month (30 working days) from the date of release of the examination results.

Candidates with withheld/pended results will receive a letter through the respective Head Teacher explaining why the examination results have been withheld/pended.

Communication to relevant stakeholders to attend the release event will be done through email or official letter.
