PhD Scholarship in Library and Information Science

I would like to do a Phd in Library and information science in one of the public Universities here in Kenya. I am already in the profession. My biggest problem is finance to undertake further studies for professional growth. Is there any organisation or university that can offer me an opportunity through a scholarship to facilitate the above?
