It provides the environment in which to foster further links between the Faculty's disciplines and supports the development of interdisciplinary research both within and beyond the University. The Foundation is offering one PhD Scholarship, covering full fees and maintenance (Home/EU or Overseas), within five research themes: The PhD may be held in any of these Faculty's Departments: Accounting & Finance; Central & East European Studies; Centre for Drug Misuse Research; Economic & Social History; Economics; School of Law; Management; Politics; Sociology, Anthropology & Applied Social Sciences; Urban Studies. Interested applicants should make initial contact with a department, stating they are applying for a ASRF Scholarship. The closing date for applications is 11 May.
