Windows Snap to Feature


  • Enable the Microsoft Windows XP mouse Snap To feature to automatically focus on dialog box buttons.

  • In other words, after this feature is enabled you no longer need to move your mouse cursor to the default button (e.g., the "Ok" button) each time a dialog box appears.

    Enabling the Snap To feature

  • Open the Control Panel.

  • Double-click the Mouse icon.

  • In the Mouse Properties window, click the Pointer Options tab and check the "Automatically move pointer to the default button in a dialog box" option.
