Within the framework of the UNESCO-ISEDC Co -Sponsored Fellowships Programme, the International Center for Sustainable Energy Development (ISEDC) in Moscow, is offering twenty (20) fellowships of four-week duration each, tenable in specialized institutions in the Russian Federation.
The Programme is offered in open competition and the medium of instruction is English.
Candidates may choose to study in the following 4 (four) fields of study:
(a) Energy and sustainable development (b) Ecological management of energy resources; (c) Renewable energy; and (d) Sustainable and renewable energy power generation.
Candidates already in employment, whether public or private, must also submit a letter from the employer confirming that the latter, has agreed on the release of the applicant on the terms and conditions of the Fellowships Programme, in case their application is favourably considered.
The final selection will rest with ISEDC.
The deadline for submission of Applications to UNESCO is 17 April 2017.
