Professors Job Positions - Mount Kenya University Careers

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

A Ph.D degree in Law from an accredited university

At least 3 years teaching experience as an

Associate Professor or equivalent

Successfully supervised at least five (5) post graduate students to completion including two (2) Ph.D students since being appointed Associate Professor

A minimum of sixty publication points since attaining Associate professorship or equivalent of which at least forty (40) should be from refereed journals

Registered with professional body.

Attracted research or development funds as an Associate Professor

Associate Professors Job Positions - Mount Kenya University Careers

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

A Ph.D in Law from an accredited university

At least 3 years teaching experience as a Senior Lecturer or equivalent

Successfully supervised at least four (4) post graduate students to completion including one (1) Ph.D student since being appointed Senior Lecturer

A minimum of forty eight (48) publication points as a senior lecturer or equivalent of which at least thirty two (32) should be from refereed journals

Registered with the professional body

Attracted research or development funds as a Senior Lecturer

Senior Lecturers Job Positions - Mount Kenya University Careers

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

A PhD degree in Law from an accredited university

At least three (3) years teaching experience as a Lecturer or six (6) years research/industry experience

Successfully supervised at least three (3) post graduate students to completion as a Lecturer

A minimum of thirty two publication points as a lecturer or equivalent of which at least twenty four (24) should be from refereed journals

Registered with the professional body

Lecturers Job Positions - Mount Kenya University Careers

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

A Ph.D in Law from an accredited university
Registered or registrable with the professional body

OR

A master’s degree in the relevant field from an accredited and recognized university

At least three (3) years teaching experience at university level or in research

A minimum of 24 publication points of which at least sixteen (16) should be from refereed

journals

Registered with the professional body
