Microsoft Agent

Microsoft Agent was a customizable, animated avatar for the web developed by Microsoft. It used ActiveX to embed the interactive avatar into web pages. Its goal was to help make learning friendly and fun, using animated characters and speech synthesis. In April 2009, Microsoft announced that it was discontinuing Microsoft Agent and would not include it in Windows 7 or later versions of Microsoft Windows.
