Program Overview

  • Supports academically talented, service‑oriented youth facing social and economic barriers in Rwanda and across Africa.

  • Provides inclusive and relevant quality university education.

  • Enables smooth transition into dignified and fulfilling work.

  • Cultivates ethical and transformative leaders to drive societal change and Africa’s transformation agenda.

    Programme Structure

    Bachelor’s Programme

  • 90% of the 1,200 Scholars will be admitted as undergraduates.

    Master’s Programme

  • 10% of the Scholars will be admitted to Master’s programmes.

    Mission

  • To cultivate ethical and transformative leaders who will spearhead societal change and advance Africa’s transformation agenda.
