Purpose of the Job

To ensure efficient and effective operation of the Communication of the organization

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities

Key Result #1:

  • Develop and implement effective internal communications strategy

    Key Result #2:

  • Manage and improve all our communications flows, within and outside of our company.

    Key Result #3:

  • Build and strengthen Organization brand and culture

    Key Result #4:

  • Develop communications to support FH Visibility

    Requirement

  • Master’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or similar field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience working with a large and complex organization
    Perfect verbal and written English, good presentation and reading skills with the ability to effectively communicate and positively influence. Pays attention to detail
    Vibrant personal relationship with Christ
    Proficiency in Photo and video-editing skills and basic computer programs such as word and PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently
