E-mail Underscore - Locate the Underscore Key

Please, how can insert an underscore on an E-Mail address? To use the underscore, press Shift and the underscore key.

Failing to press Shift results in adding a hyphen between the two names, for example, "John_Doe" and "John-Doe." Once you have an idea for an email address, write it in the text field on the respective website.

Locate the underscore key

Look for the underscore key next to the zero key on the keyboard. This key has two lines, one for the hyphen and the other for the underscore.
