Job Summary

The teacher shall be responsible for ensuring that the teaching and learning process at Ebenezer Schools stimulates children's improved performance.

He/she shall ensure that curriculum delivery is reflected in the scheme of work and that lessons are planned and delivered according to timetable and record of work maintained.

He/she shall make sure that assignments and tests stimulate memory, comprehension and mastery of content covered.

Additionally, the teacher is expected to demonstrate sound administrative and people management skills; including living up to the teacher's professional code of conduct and setting a good example to the entire school community, maintaining quest for learning as the leading learner.
