I'm a 28 year old Ugandan with a bachelors degree in Adult and Community Education with a unit in ICT.

I live in Kampala .

Is it possible for me to get a sponsor in a degree in a ICT from around the world?

I'm currently living on little salary from CBO from the community initiated activities, but I would like to upgrade and develop my skills and knowledge in ICT.

Is there a possibilty for me?

Could it be possible to enroll into a science/vocational training say diploma in surveying or building and construction please help me out of this quest to futher my education.
