Wrong Mpesa Payment

I used wrong index number in making payments for registration through my Mpesa. What do I do? How to get an M-Pesa Refund

A. Misplaced payments are refunded within 2 weeks. Get in touch with KUCCPS for refund if not reversed within the stipulated time.

KUCCPS Course Application/Revision Fee Payment Procedure - KUCCPS Mpesa Paybill Number

Go to M-PESA on your phone.

Select Pay Bill option

Enter Business no. 820201

Enter 4 digits Exam Year followed by 11 Digits Index Number as your account number. e.g 202112345678901

Enter the Amount

Enter your M-PESA PIN

Send.

You will receive SMS from Mpesa. On receipt of the Mpesa confirmation, continue with the application process.

The Mpesa code that you received when you made the payment is very important. Please do not delete it as it may be needed later. Alternatively, take a screen shot or record the code.

Give the system several hours to pick up the payment if you are receiving error messages.

Remember, do not delete the Mpesa message or delete after noting down the content/take a screen-shot.

KUCCPS Course revision fee is Kshs 1000 if you had applied/revised before in school and Kshs 1500 if it is your first time to apply.
