Tumaini Scholarships

In reference to the Tumaini scholarship, past years were printed on the form for the scholarship to be awarded this year. Can applicants use this form regardless of the old year printed on the form? When is the award tenable?

I do not see any problem in that because they made the mistake themselves. However, you have to confirm on their website to avoid getting a disqualification simply because of a minor misunderstanding.
