Need for Scholarship for the Deaf

I am a Ghanaian and also deaf. I wish to continue my education abroad to obtain a Professor degree in computer science and technology at Santa Rosa Junior College or Gallaedut deaf education.
I need specialized information on funding and sponsorship for my education, to enable me be admitted abroad. Your Quick response will be appreciated.
